Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services for Certification, Legal Support, Market Research/Study in the Trade Mark Registration, Ip Registration of 4 Biocosmetic Products and Automation of Technical Assistance for the Conservation of Their Ecosystems via an Online Platform. Duration of assignment is 6 months The tender submission deadline is July 22, 2022 1600 Hrs KST. Scope of Work; 1. Readiness process for Cosmos standard certification and intellectual property registration for biocosmetics. 2. Trademark registration in the United States and Europe (Include legal advice for creating the company in the United States). 3. Development of a market study in Europe and the United States to introduce the 4 validated bioproducts. 4. Platform Development for the automation of technical assistance processes and ecosystem conservation activities Documents can be accessed via the e-Green Procurement Portal by selecting ‘View Details- on the relevant notice and then clicking the ‘Tender Application- button.
