Tenders are invited for Design and Development of a National Designated Authority Operational Manual - Gcf Readiness Project Jordan The objective is to develop and design a GCF operational manual for effectively implementing the country program and carrying out functions of the NDA, including operation of the national coordination mechanism and National Climate Change Committee meeting minutes preparation templates, agenda, and a TOR for quarterly meetings. The manual will also include Standard Operating Procedures for entities public and private who wish to engage with the Ministry of Environment to access GCF funding for readiness and or funding proposals. The manual will be a resource tool to ensure all staff of the NDA have basic knowledge and institutional capacity is strengthened to effectively engage with GCF and national stakeholders. Therefore, GGGI is seeking to contract a Consultancy Firm who can provide such services, as elaborated upon in this Request for Proposals. Under the scope of work, the Successful Bidder is required to perform the following activities in this engagement: a. Situation analysis and desk review of current GCF NDA processes and responsibilities, existing NDA processes (e.g. No-objection procedures, Country Program etc.) and resource manuals (e.g. Project Preparation Bankability Guidebook) for GCF engagement. b. Facilitate the NDA/NCCC Operational Manual Training Sessions c. Develop and design the manual in final printable format in English and Arabic For more details please refer to the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached. Important Timelines; The assignment shall be completed within a period of 8 from the start date. The tender submission deadline is October 24, 2022 16:00 Hrs KST.
