Request for proposals are invited for Improvement of Municipal Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste Management in Rwanda/Inventory tracking system for e-waste and plastics GGGI for its project in Rwanda is inviting eligible firms/entities to submit their proposals for following scope of work: The Request for Proposal is in support of one of the project components for the initiative on Waste to Resources: Improving Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Hazardous Waste Management in Rwanda. The objective is to identify a firm with experience in software development able to upgrade and install inventory tracking system for e-waste and plastics. The Consultant selected shall install the upgraded inventory tracking system for e-waste and plastics will be installed as a proof-of-concept element of tracking the inventory of e-waste and plastics in Rwanda. The project aims to track, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the inventory tracking system as a feature aligned to the smart city concept integrated into systems and services in Rwanda. The Consultant selected shall carry out four tasks: 1) Identification of an Inventory Management System 2) Installation of the Inventory Management System 3) Training on the Inventory Management System For more details on the Scope of Work please refer to the Terms of Reference document attached. Important Timelines: The tender submission deadline is 14 April 2023 16:00 pm KST.
