Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Consultancy Service for Engagement Survey Action Plan Request for Clarification of RFP Documents A prospective Tenderer requiring any clarification of the solicitation documents may notify the GCF in writing to the e-mail address procurement@gcfund.org and copy to sbae@gcfund.org by the specified date and time mentioned in Annex 6. The subject line of the e-mail MUST have the reference number and title of the RFP 2022/015 - Provision of Consultancy Service for Engagement Survey Action Plan. Proposals must be submitted to the GCF no later than Sunday, 10 July 2022 at 23:30hrs Korean Standard Time Submission via e-mail Two separate files (Technical and Financial Proposals) should be attached to the e-mail as per the instructions below. The technical file should contain the technical proposal and be named as follows: RFP 2022 015 - TECHNICAL PROPOSAL - (Name of Tenderer) Please DO NOT include any financial information in the technical proposal, as this may result in disqualification.
