Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of 10 Motorbikes for off Road, Ethiopia. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - GGGI Ethiopia is inviting suitable vendors to supply and deliver 10 motorbikes fit for off-road transportation. For more details on the Specifications and Schedule of Supply please refer to the RFQ document attached. 1. The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) hereby requests you to submit price quotation(s) for the supply of the items posted in GGGI-s e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). The below documents are submitted for your review so that you may prepare your quotation: a) Schedule of Supply b) Price Schedule of Goods form If you, however, have been associated with the firm that prepared the design, and specifications of the contract that is subject to this procurement, you shall be disqualified. 2. You must quote for all items under this request. Price quotations will be evaluated for all items together and a contract awarded to the firm offering the technically responsive items and the lowest evaluated total cost of all the items. 3. You must submit only one set of quotations containing: a) Business Registration Certificate b) Mandatory Disclosure Form c) Mandatory Certifications Form d) Personal Data Consent Form e) Schedule of Supply f) Adequate technical documentation, catalogue(s) or other printed material, pertinent information in English for each item quoted, including names and addresses of firms providing after-sales service facilities. g) Price Schedule of Goods for the items h) Manufacturer-s Authorization of the Company as a Sales Agent and or Certificate of Exclusive Distribution rights if required and/or applicable. i) Warranty certificate - internationally appliable
